Deleted Items
All deleted Items end up in the Recycle Bin. In many companies, the items stay in the trash for up to 30 days. In other business, the policy is to empty the trash when a user exits Outlook.

2. Try It: Find the Deleted Contact
Go to the Navigation Pane and click on Mail.
Select the Deleted Items.

What Do You See? Bonny's Contact card is, indeed, in the Deleted Items.

What Else Do You See? The Actions for the Recycle Bin are similar to ones for the Inbox:
New
Delete
Move
Empty

Memo to Self: When you click on Empty, the items are deleted permanently.
